Second Annual Nonprofit November: A Day for Local Nonprofits

Join Work Space and the Erie County Community Foundation on November 10, 2026, for a day of practical learning, conversation, and collaboration with fellow nonprofits. 

Lunch & Learn | Noon–1:00 p.m. 

Susan Poole of Poole Side Partners will lead "Personalize & Prosper: Designing Fundraising Strategies That Best Suit Your Organization." This interactive workshop will help nonprofits of all sizes explore revenue opportunities and identify fundraising strategies that fit their missions and resources. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, participants will leave with one or two strategies to explore next. Lunch is included. 

Susan brings more than 20 years of nonprofit experience, including nearly a decade leading Community Resource Services in Avon Lake and serving as business development officer at the Community Foundation of Lorain County. 

Networking Happy Hour | 4:30–6:00 p.m.

Get to know fellow nonprofit professionals through guided networking and time to talk about your organizations’ needs and goals. Share ideas, collaborate, and find potential partners for future projects.
